运用科学发展观推动农业科研的可持续发展

摘要:

该文介绍了作者在学习科学发展观理论过程中的主要体会,在充分肯定我国农业科研工作所取得的成绩的同时,运用科学发展观的方法对我国农业科研领域中存在的主要问题和产生问题的主要政策原因进行了分析;对忽视我国农业生产和农业科研、忽视基础研究的错误思想进行了剖析。提出了进一步完善我国科技体制改革指导思想的具体建议。

Abstract:

This paper mainly presents the experiences of studying the scientific concept of development and carries out an analysis on the prominent policy reasons for the existing problems in the field of Chinese agricultural scientific research and study by applying this concept,while fully affirming our achievements.In depth analysis is also carried out on the misleading thoughts that neglect agricultural production,agricultural scientific research and fundamental research and studies.Considering the above-mentioned problems,specific proposals are made to further improve the guiding ideology of Chinese technology system reform.
