农业高校科技成果转化的有效形式探讨

摘要:

该文针对目前我国农业科技成果转化率低的现状,提出了7种农业高校科技成果转化的有效形式:一是发展高科技的校办产业;二是实行校企联合;三是积极参与建设农业科技开发园区;四是加强校地合作的农业科研示范、推广基地;五是建立农业大学科技园;六是培育农业科技市场;七是结合政府相关科技项目,推动农业高校科技成果转化。

Abstract:

Due to the low rate of agricultural achievements transformation,this paper suggests seven effective means:1.Develop high-tech school-run industries;2.Practise joint-ventures of school and enterprise;3.Actively participate in the construction of agricultural development zones of science and technology;4.Enhance agricultural scientific research demonstration and extension base based on the collaboration between schools and local enterprises;5.Establish agricultural university garden of science and technology;6.Help to build agricultural market of science and technology;7.Promote achievements transformation of agricultural universities by combining with the relating governmental projects of science and technology.
