| This paper introduced the overall condition of the renovations and purchase special items of the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and the progress of the special funds budget from 2006to 2009, summed up the management experience for renovations and purchase special items and basic research funds, finally provided comments and suggestions for the future work. |
