| 结合中国新农村建设以及政府大力推广农业科技的发展背景,根据中国“三农”问题现状,以杨凌地区农户为研究对象,通过对杨凌地区农户科技吸纳情况的调查研究,从文化程度、市场、政府等方面分别建立评价指标体系系统,最后通过对各个子系统的整合得出了杨凌地区农户科技吸纳能力的评价指标体系,并就当前杨凌地区农户科技吸纳能力存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了建议。 |

| Based on the background of China''s new rural development and the government vigorously promote the development of agricultural science and technology, and the status of China''s “three rural” issue, taken farmers in Yangling area as the research object, through researching the farmers in Yangling area on absorbing the science and technology, this paper established evaluation index system respectively from the level of education, market, government, finally through the integration of the various subsystems reached the evaluation index system of technological absorptive capacity, and analyzed the current problems of science and technology absorptive capacity of farmers and put forward recommendations. |
