摘要:

文章针对科学论文署名过多、署名越位问题做了全面的分析；指出科研论文署名越位的4个成因；提出规范论文署名的办法:一是严格执行研究生论文“一名制”；二是逐步取消学术刊物的行政级别；三是加强责任人认定制度；四是培养科研人员的科学道德。

Abstract:

This paper made a comprehensive analysis for scientific papers with too much signatures and irrational signatures, and pointed out four reasons resulting in the problems, provided some measures for regulating the authorship:First, strictly implementing post-graduate thesis "only one signature"; second, cancelling the administrative level of academic publications; third is to strengthen the responsible person identified system; fourth is to cultivate the researcher''s scientific morality.
