| 在成都市统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区的大背景下,原有的“乡政村治”模式已难以适应改革的需要,这就需要大力地推进乡村治理模式的嬗变。该文就乡村治理问题向成都市30个乡镇45个行政村的基层干部进行了问卷调查,在实地调查的基础上,正面了解了成都市乡村治理的一般模式与创新之处,并就其运行过程中的问题及其原因进行了分析,进而提出了成都市乡村治理模式变革的路径选择。 |

| Under the background of balancing urban-rural development in Chengdu, the traditional model (self-administrating villages)cannot meet the reform needs, and hence It′s necessary to promote reforms in rural governance model. Based on the investigation from forty-five villages of thirty counties in Sichuan province, this paper pointed out the common mode and innovation of the rural governance, and analyzed the principal problems and reasons in the operation of Chengdu''s rural governance model in Chengdu. Finally, the paper put forward the way to reform rural governance model. |
