| 该文总结了中国农业科学院蜜蜂所创新文化建设的经验,介绍了从2002年至今8年该所加大骨干培训力度,培养建设团队,鼓励职工参与创新文化建设的具体情况。文章认为,开展创新文化活动,领导班子要配合运作,要持之以恒,体现“以人为本”,要与精神文明建设相结合。 |

| This article summarized the experience in building the culture innovation of the Institute of bees, China Academy of Agricultural Sciences, introduced the specific situation to increase the backbone of the training, cultivate team, and encourage employees to participate in culture innovation in 8years since 2002. This article presented that carrying out innovative cultural activities, the leadership need to coordinate, persevere, "people oriented", and combine with the construction of spiritual civilization. |
