| 该文针对部分农业科研单位经济实体业绩考核中仅以净利润作为业绩考核指标的方式作了一些探讨,提出综合考虑利润质量、利润来源等因素,对净利润作适当调整,以考核利润作为业绩考核的依据,引导经营者重长远、重质量、重现金流。 |

| This paper discussed the net profit as the only index for the performance evaluation of economic entity in part of agricultural scientific research institute, and put forward the needs for adjusting the net profit with comprehensively consideration profit quality, profit source and other factors, to guide operators to pay attention to long-term, quality, and cash flow. |
