摘要:

研究生是科技创新的生力军,研究生教育是人才队伍培养和创新团队建设的重要组成部分。该文通过对中国农科院全日制研究生教育工作的效果分析,深入剖析了制约全日制研究生教育发展的影响因素,对建设现代农业科技人才培养模式的问题进行探讨,并提出相关对策建议。从而促进中国农科院研究生教育事业进一步壮大发展,源源不断为建设社会主义新农村和创新型国家培养、造就高层次农业科研人才。

Abstract:

Postgraduates are the most powerful force in science and technology innovation, postgraduate education is a very important part in the training of qualified personnel and the building of innovation teams. This paper analyzed the researches on the situation of the full-time postgraduate education in Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS), and summed up the success and experience of CAAS, as well as the constraints affecting the development of full-time postgraduate education, the author gave advice after the discussion on building models of training modern personnel of agricultural science and technology. This will contribute to promoting the level of postgraduate education in CAAS, and then, more high-level agricultural research professionals will be provided for building a new socialist countryside and an innovative nation.
