构建和谐文化塑造团队精神

摘要:

和谐文化是全体人民团结进步重要精神支柱,在社会进步和文明发展发挥重要作用。该文以中国农业科学院农业资源与农业区划研究所的和谐文化建设和凝练团队精神为例,详述了研究所和谐文化建设中以“团结、奉献、求实、创新”单位文化和弘扬“执著奋斗、求实创新、情系三农、服务人民”的祁阳站精神为重要内容,促进了科技创新并提高研究所凝聚力。同时指出“以人为本、以研为本”的人才、团队集体协作和平台条件建设是建设和谐文化和塑造团队精神的关键要素,提出研究所各项事业发展应牢固树立和谐理念,大力弘扬团队精神,为国家农业科研发展做出更大贡献。

Abstract:

The harmonious culture provides important intellectual support for the unity and progress of all our people and plays a significant role in social and civilization development. This paper took the harmonious culture and team work construction of Institute of Agricultural Resources and Regional Planning of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences for example, elaborated the main content of the harmonious culture construction for ''Unity, Dedication, Realistic, and Innovation'' of institute culture and ''Persistent struggle, Innovation, Concerning Three Rural Issues ,People''s Services '' of Qiyang Station Spirit, which promoted the scientific and technological innovation and improved the cohesion of the institute. Meanwhile it indicated that the three pivotal factors of the harmonious culture and team work were talents, team collaboration and platform construction. And proposed that the institute various development need establishing the harmony principle firmly, carrying forward team-work spirit and making more contribution for the national agricultural sciences development.
