| 该文论述了粮食在我国农业发展中的重要地位,指出基本自给的粮食战略时刻不能松懈,更不能动摇。文章认为,科学发展粮食生产,需要继续加大政策投入,尤其科技政策的促进、财政政策的扶持、产业政策的引导及金融政策、贸易政策的鼓励和保护。 |

| This paper discussed the important place of food in Chinese agricultural development, and pointed out that the basic grain strategy cannot afford to relax and shake for a moment. It argued that the scientific development of grain production need to increase policy investment, especially the science and technology policy, fiscal policy support, industrial policy guidance and trade protection policy. |
