| 农业科技评价目的是增强政府农业科技决策的科学性和合理性,有效配置农业科技资源,带动农业经济持续健康发展。该文以农业科研项目为研究对象,针对项目特点,尝试建立立项、执行、验收跟踪3个不同阶段的“一体化”科技评价体系,并就如何进一步完善“一体化”农业科技评价体系提出了对策建议,为我国农业科技评价制度的建立,以及符合农业科研现状的评价指标体系的研究提供了借鉴意义。 |

| The purpose of agricultural science and technology evaluation is to enhance the scientific and reasonable government decision on agriculture science and technology, effectively allocate agriculture technology resources, and promote agricultural economy development. Aiming at the agricultural scientific research project, this paper tried to establish the integration evaluation system on project design, execution and acceptance stages, put forward some suggestions on how to further perfect the evaluation system, which will provide references on the building of China''s agricultural science evaluation system. |
