| Agricultural sector, as the important constituent in the stock market, the performance not only related to the business development of agricultural company, but also had significant influence on the development of agriculture industry. Shandong province as a big agricultural province, the problems existing in the agricultural listed companies were general. This paper researched its existing problems, and put forward some countermeasures to improve agricultural listed company management and promote the healthy development of agriculture industry. |
