| The paper introduced the support and management of the special funds of renovation and purchase in Harbin veterinary research institute, and summarized the important role of the special funds for the development of the institute. The important roles were as follows:1) the scientific research condition was improved;2) The high level public experiment platform was established;3)the project management talents were cultivated;4)the related management system was perfected,et al. the author also hoped that the department of financial could give sustained and stable special funds support. |
