摘要:

推动现代农业发展,必须依靠科技第一生产力,构建科技支撑的长效机制。该文阐述了我国现代农业发展的阶段性特征,分析了现代农业对农业科技发展的要求,提出了构建现代农业发展的科技支撑长效机制,包括构建科技持续创新机制、成果转化与科技服务机制和科技政策扶持机制。

Abstract:

Promoting the development of modern agriculture must depend on the first productive force, i.e., the science and technology, and establish science and technology support mechanism. The article elaborated the stage characteristics of modern agriculture development in China, analyzed the requirement of modern agriculture for agricultural science and technology development, and put forward the construction of long-term mechanism of science and technology support for modern agriculture development, including the construction of technology innovation system, the transformation and technology service mechanism and policy of science and technology support mechanism.
