| 随着政府对科研事业单位投入的不断增加，政府采购工作也变得日益重要，成为科研单位管理的 重要内容。加强政府采购管理，有利于节约财政支出，提高财政资金的使用效益，能够有效促进科研事业 单位的持续发展。文章在分析加强政府采购意义的基础上剖析了现阶段科研事业单位政府采购管理存在的 问题，并针对出现的问题提出了相应的建议。 |

| With the increase invest to the scientific research institutions， the government procurement has become increasingly important. To strengthen the management of government procurement can not only save the fiscal ex- penditure， but also improve the efficiency in the use of fiscal funds for effectively promoting the sustainable develop- ment of scientific research institutions. Based on the analysis of the significance of strengthening the government procurement in present research institutions， this paper analyzed the problems in government procurement， and put forward the corresponding suggestions. |
