| 该文通过例举目前事业单位收入分配中存在的各类现象，对事业单位绩效工资改革过程中存在的 问题以及事业单位公益性、服务性和知识密集性的特点的分析，找出了事业单位绩效工资改革的困难所在， 进而提出了加快事业单位绩效工资改革的有效途径及科学方法，用以建立和完善事业单位人力资源激励机 制，促进事业单位的工资改革工作的进展。 |
