摘要:

大力发展农村经济，迫切需要科学技术。但是，目前全国县乡农业技术推广体系“线断、网破、 人散”，致使农业先进技术的推广力度还不够，农业科技成果转化效率和覆盖率不高，这些都严重阻碍农 业科技水平的提高和农业经济的全面发展。需要深化农业科技体制改革，改革和建立高效的成果转化和科 技推广运行机制发挥优势。

Abstract:

Devote major efforts to developing the rural economy， there is an urgent need in science and technolo- gy.However， at present the national agricultural technology expansion system of county and township is imperfect， which causes the low agricultural science and technology achievements transformation efficiency and coverage rate， and seriously hinder the improvement of agricultural science and technology and the level of agricultural economic development. It hence needed to deepen the reform of agricultural science and technology system， and establish high efficient mechanism for the achievements and technology expansion.
