| 该文以我国国家级农业科研机构科研条件保障能力建设投入作为研究对象，从投入规模、投入结 构和投入方向以及科研条件建设投入产出效率等方面，分析了对国家级农业科研机构科研条件保障能力建 设投入的形势;在此基础上，从投入力度、优化投入结构和投入方向、提高科研条件保障投入产出效率方 面提出了相应的对策建议。 |

| Taking the support capability construction of scientific research in national agricultural research institu- tions as the research object， this paper analyzed the situation of the investment in scientific research capability con- struction from the aspects of investment scale， structure and direction， input and output efficiency， etc. And then， it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on increasing the investment， optimizing invest- ment structure and direction， improving the efficiency of investment. |
