| 根据近年来江阴市农民收入的增长情况，预测实现农民收入倍增的可行性，指出存在的收入结构 比较单一，农资等物价上涨，政策性影响较大等制约因素，并提出要通过坚持工业反哺农业，大力促进就 业创业，不断壮大村级经济，提升统筹城乡发展水平，创新富农政策等措施来提高农民的收入水平，保证 农民收入持续较快增长，实现倍增目标。 |

| According to the growth of farmers' income in Jiangyin city in recent years， this paper analyzed the feasi- bility of the farmers' income doubling， pointed out the limited factors such as the single income structure， agricul- tural materials rising， the policy， and so on， and put forward some methods to realize the goal of income doubling by insisting on industry nurturing agriculture， vigorously promoting employment entrepreneurship， improving the village economy， enhancing the level of urban and rural development as a whole， and innovating peasants policy to guarantee the sustainable and rapid growth of the farmers' income. |
