农业科技投入的成效与建议

摘要:

国家财政科技经费的投入机制的改革和加强，在农业科技投入上取得了良好的成效。稳定了一支 科研队伍，改善了科研基础设施，同时也取得了一批领先国际水平的科研成果。针对当前水稻科研存在的 问题，建议继续加强科研投入，创新投入机制，建立稳定支持和适度竞争相结合的财政投入机制，为保障 农业科研院所持续稳定发展提供支撑。

Abstract:

The reform and increase of national finance funds in agricultural science and technology had achieved good results， such as stabilizing the scientific research team， improving the scientific research infrastructure， and making lead international level scientific research achievements. Aiming at the current problems existing in rice re- search， this paper suggested that continuously strengthening the scientific research investment， innovating input mechanism， establishing a stable support and moderate competition mechanism would sustain the continuous and stable development of agricultural scientific research institutes.
