| Abstract: |
| 27 projects under the programme of”Special Funds for Renovations and Purchase” in south China sea fisheries research institute was approved，total fund 77.460 million yuan from 2006 to 2012， which provided re- markable support for the development of the institute. This paper analyzed the changes of scientific foundation be- fore and after the implementation of the special funds for renovation and purchase，summarized the reasons of the a- chieved effects，and provided some suggestions for the institute's future application and implementation of the special funds for renovation and purchase. |
