| It should play the full role of the scientific and technical staff to enhance the cooperation between scien- tific institutes and enterprises.The scientific and technical staff should sufficiently consider the requirements of en- terprise and initiatively seek methods and approaches for serving enterprises on the basis of their own knowledge and capacity. The government，agri-scientific research institute and enterprise should together provide a number of supports and measures to encourage the scientific and technologic personnel long-term serving enterprise. |
