| 国际会议是农业科研单位国际合作与交流的重要形式，对农业科研院所科技实力的提升与发展具有重要作用。该文分析了国际会议的3个主要特点，总结了农业科研单位筹办国际会议的流程与主要做法，归纳了国际会议管理的主要经验，并提出了作者的一些思考和体会。对于今后农业科研单位的国际会议管理工作具有一定的参考意义。 |

| International conference is an important mode for international cooperation and communication, which plays an important role in science and technology improvement and the development of the agricultural research institutions. This paper analyzed the main characters of international conferences, summarized the process of hosting an international conference in agricultural research institutes, pointed out the main experience in the management of international conferences, and proposed some thoughts and reflections on hosting international conferences. The results could provide some references for the future international conference affairs management in agricultural research institutions. |
