农业科研单位科技开发运行机制研究

摘要:
科技开发作为农业科研单位科研工作的延伸,是农业科研成果转化为实际生产力的重要桥梁,是科技和经济有机结合的主要形式。而科技开发运行机制则是利用科技开发系统内不同构成要素间的相互作用关系,从而制约科技开发系统运作过程中的各类措施。文章主要从农业科研单位科技开发运行机制构建的重要性及相关影响因素的角度出发,探讨如何保证开发机制顺利运行。

Abstract:
Scientific & technological development, which is an extension of research work for agricultural research institute, is an important bridge for transforming agricultural scientific research achievements into actual productivity as well as the main form of organic combination of technology and economy. And the operational mechanism of scientific & technological development is to use the relationships among the different components within science and technology development system, thus restricting all kinds of measures in the process of system operation development of science and technology. The paper discussed how to ensure the scientific & technological development operate smoothly from the importance of developing the operational mechanism and some related influencing factors.
