摘要:

文章选择中国热带农业科学院的科研人员为研究对象，采用问卷调查的形式，通过统计分析和个案访谈法，对该单位科研人才激励机制的满意度情况进行分析，最后提出了改进该院激励问题的对策和建议，为领导层和人事部门决策提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the researchers in Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as the research object, this paper analyzed the degree of satisfaction in scientific researchers incentive mechanismusing the methods of questionnaire,statistical analysis, and case interview. It put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the incentive problems in the institute, which could provide adecision-making reference for the leadership and personnel departments.
