| This paper analyzed the problems in the management of scientific project funds in the agricultural scientific research institutes, and also it put forward some countermeasures such as improving the budget preparation, enhancing the project fund approval, and promoting the project fund management for improving the management of financial research funds and ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of scientific research. |
