| As one of the most important components of National Scientific-Technological Innovation System, agricultural research institutes contribute a lot to National Innovation Driven Development Strategy. Based on the management system explorations and practices of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 5 effective countermeasures on how to improve the management work of modern agricultural research institutes were put forward, such as changing management idea,innovating personnel management mechanism and research organization form, promoting collaborative innovation and financial management innovation, and so on, aiming to provide references for other academies and institutes of agricultural sciences. |
