| 科研仪器向社会开放作为深化科技体制改革的重要任务之一, 国家对大型仪器设备共享提出了新的规划和要求。文章分析了目前我国科研领域在共享方面存在的主要问题, 并从大型仪器设备共享的立法问题、购置重复使用低效和共享进展等方面进行了探讨分析。 |

| Opening the large-scale scientific instruments to public is one of major tasks in further science and technology system reform. The government issued new regulations and requirements for jointly sharing the largescale instruments and equipment. The paper analyzed the main problems in jointly sharing the large-scale instruments and equipment in scientific units from the aspects of legislation, utilization efficiency, and progress of sharing
the instruments. |
