浅析新时期农业科研单位学科建设与发展———以中国农业科学院植物保护研究所为例

摘要:

学科建设作为一项综合性、系统性、长期性的基础建设工程, 是科研院所的立所之本、强所之基。文章通过简要展示中国农业科学院植物保护研究所“十二五冶以来学科建设发展成效, 分析学科建设中存在的问题, 在此基础上进一步提出加强顶层设计、坚持协同创新、争取项目支持、强化条件建设、培育卓越人才团队、深化体制机制创新等加快学科建设的对策建议, 以期为农业科研单位加强学科建设提供借鉴。

Abstract:

As a comprehensive, systematic and long-termbasic project, the discipline construction is a vital part of scientific research units. Taking the Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as an example, this paper briefly reported the effects and the development of discipline construction since the"12th fiveyear plan", and then analyzed the problems existed in the discipline construction. Finally, with the aim of providing examples to strengthen discipline construction of agricultural scientific research units in the future,it put forward some suggestions to fasten the discipline construction, such as strengthening top-level design, sticking to thecollaborative innovation, getting the support by fund, improving the establishment of condition, cultivating the excellent talents teams, and improving the regulation innovation.
