农业科技创新团队的绩效评价策略

摘要:
科技创新团队已成为当前我国农业科技工作的重要载体,围绕团队开展绩效评价有利于调动团队成员积极性、提高组织整体效能。文章剖析梳理了现有科技创新团队绩效评价存在的问题,围绕绩效评价体系构建所要遵循的原则,提出了6点评价建议,以期为农业科研院所的团队建设及管理提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:
Science and technology innovation team has become animportant carrier of current agricultural scientific work in China. Performance evaluation is beneficial to arouse the enthusiasm of team members and improve overall efficiency of the organization. This article analyzed the problems of performance appraisal existing in current science and technology innovation team, and put forward six suggestions based on the principles that building performance appraisal system should be followed,aiming to providing reference for team building and management ininstitutes of agricultural science research.
