| National Science Foundation of China is an important base for the development of young scientist and technical talents. Taking Institute of Plant Protection,Chinese Academic of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper illustrated the leading role of the science foundation in the cultivation of young scientist and technical talents, and summarized the main cultivation practice. |
