地市级农业科研院所成果管理工作探讨——以丹东农业科学院为例

摘要:

文章以丹东农业科学院为例总结了地市级农业科研院所在成果管理工作中数据库建立工作以及报奖工作存在的问题。提出新形势下，农业科研成果管理人员应在成果转化信息发布、指导成果形成、同行业成果信息收集3方面拓展工作。

Abstract:

Taking Dandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper summarized some problems in the achievements management (i.e., data base establishment and reward application etc.)of municipal agricultural academy. And then it put forward some countermeasures under the new situation, for example, the management personals should improve their work ability from the aspects of releasing information of the achievements, guiding the formation of achievements,and collecting information in the same industry.
