| Research fund management system reform is an important content of deepening the reform of science and technology system and promoting innovation activity in the background of the national implementation of innovation driven development strategy. The aim of this paper is to review the evolution process of the institutional change perspective since the reform and opening up management system of scientific research funds, evaluated the reform initiatives, and explored the innovation path of the reform of management system of scientific research funds under the new situation. |
