农业科研院所纪检监察部门落实“三转”要求的思考与对策

摘要:

农业科研院所纪检监察部门推进“三转”是深入贯彻落实党章，履行纪委监督责任的必然要求，也是新形势下创新农业科研院所纪检监察工作的必然要求。文章通过对当前农业科研院所纪检监察部门“三转”存在的问题进行深入分析探讨，提出结合科研院所实际推进“三转”工作的具体对策建议。

Abstract:

The promotion of "three transformations", i.e., the transformations of work function, method and style, in the department of discipline inspection and supervision of agricultural research institutes, is an inevitable requirement for fulfilling the responsibility of the supervision implementing the Party Constitution, and innovating the disciplinary inspection work in the new period. Based on the analysis of existing problems in "three transformations", this paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the "three transformations" work combining with the actual situation in scientific research institutes.
