摘要:

思想政治工作对科研单位后勤工作有着重要的指导意义和促进作用。近年来，中国农业科学院后勤服务中心以党建促发展，不断增强思想政治工作的指导性，在加强领导班子建设，加强大院区环境整治，服务科研和职工生活等方面取得明显成效。通过总结经验，从责任落实、机制创新、宣传引导和人文关怀4个方面精准发力，从而不断加强科研单位后勤部门的思想政治建设。

Abstract:

Ideological and political work has important significance in promoting logistic work in scientific research unit. The party building in the Logistics Service Center of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS)can promote the undertakings and enhance the ideological work, which has achieved great accomplishments in strengthening construction of leading group, enhancing environment renovation, and serving scientific researcher, and so on. This paper summed up the work experience in the Logistics Service Center of CAAS, and put forward to constantly strengthen ideological and political construction from four aspects, i.e., duty fulfillment, mechanism innovation, propaganda work, and humanistic care.
