| The scientific research units-owned company is a part of the state-owned assets, which is one of the tasks of scientific research institution.But the company usually has some problems in the management and supervision, which is bound to bring the loss of the rights and interests in research units. This paper put forward some suggestions to strengthen the supervision of the company. |
