摘要:

文章分析了开展“两学一做”学习教育对农业科研院所发挥基层党组织政治核心作用的重要性，结合实际工作，从及早谋划部署、强化主体责任、加强理论学习、创新自选动作和坚持问题导向5个方面，深刻阐述了研究所在开展“两学一做”学习教育发挥基层党组织政治核心作用方面的主要做法和取得成效，进一步围绕“学”、“做”、“改”、“严”和“干”5个着力点，提出了对策建议。

Abstract:

Combined with the work experience, and based on the importance of the studies on the theoretical-practical issues of party building (party building studies) to give full play to the political key role of basic Party organizations in agricultural research institute, the paper stated the main practices and effects of institute developing party building studies from 5 aspects, such as early planning-deployment,strengthen main body responsibility, strengthen theoretical study, innovation optional exerciseand adhere to solve problem. Finally,focusing on"learn" "do""rectify""strict" and "career", it put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
