| 文章以高绩效工作系统为研究对象，进行了文献调研，发现中西方文化差异会导致高绩效工作系统在不同地域使用的差异化，提出可以通过改良和优化西方绩效管理系统本身的内容，或建立较为先进的高绩效文化来实现高绩效工作系统本土化的假设，并进行了验证，同时提出了构建农业科研单位的高绩效文化要点和对策。 |

| Taking the high performance work system as the research object, this paper found the differences between the eastern and western cultures due to the different use of the high performance work system in different regionsbased on literature survey.And then it put forward some countermeasures for building agricultural scientific research unit of the high performance culture points, such as improving the performance management system and establishing a high performance culture. |
