| The youth research team plays an important role for the healthy, stability and sustainable development of agricultural scientific research institute. Taking China Nation Rice Research Institute as an example,this paper summarized the characteristics of the youth research team in the new situation, pointed outsome problems in the youth team construction, and put forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen the youth team construction in agricultural scientific research institute. |
