| 虽然目前政府在鼓励科技人员科技创新方面出台了一系列政策，但就公益性农业科研单位而言，激励机制还远远不够。文章主要从人才引进政策、绩效工资、科技奖励制度3个方面来进行阐述农业科技人员在科技创新激励机制方面存在的问题，并提出相应的对策建议。 |

| Although the government has put in place a series of policies to encourage science and technology innovation among science and technology personnel, the incentive mechanism is far from sufficient for public welfare agricultural research institutions. This paper mainly discussed the problems existing in science and technology incentive mechanism of agricultural science and technology personnel from three aspects: talent introduction policy, performance salary and science and technology reward system, and put forward corresponding countermeasures. |
