| Aiming at the problems as "driving researchers into accounting", the government asked for reforming the scientific research project funds management mode, and put forward establishing a scientific financial assistant system to make scientific research personnel to engage in scientific research. How to realize that let the professional person do a professional matter and free the researchers from the tedious affairs need to ponder, studied and discussed earnestly, so as to implement the scientific system of financial assistant. |
