摘要:

“创新是民族进步的灵魂，是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力，也是中华民族最深层的民族禀赋”。在科技发展的新形势下，习近平总书记的科技创新思想是对世界科技发展趋势和我国科技发展现状的准确把握，为我国科技创新发展指明了方向和方法路径。文章从公益性农业科研院所科技创新发展的角度出发，针对农业行业的特性，对如何运用习总书记科技创新思想指导公益性农业科研院所的创新发展，以及解决当前发展困境做了若干思考。

Abstract:

"Innovation is the soul of national progress, the inexhaustible driving force for a country′s prosperity and development, and the deepest national endowment of the Chinese nation." Under the new situation of scientific and technological development, the scientific and technological innovation thoughts of general secretary Xi Jinping are an accurate grasp of the trend of world scientific and technological development and the current situation of China′s scientific and technological development, and point out the direction and methods of China′s scientific and technological innovation development. From the perspective of scientific and technological innovation and development of public welfare agricultural research institutes, the article gives some thoughts on how to use general secretary Xi′s scientific and technological innovation thoughts to guide the innovation and development of public welfare agricultural research institutes and solve the current development dilemma according to the characteristics of the agricultural industry.
