| Taking Rubber Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper summarizes and analyzes the main content, experience and harvest of foreign affairs work of agricultural scientific research institutions and the main problems existing in foreign affairs work. Based on this, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions and discusses how foreign affairs staff can better carry out their work, so as to improve the level of scientific research management and enhance the ability of scientific research innovation. |
