农业科技人才队伍建设的实践与思考 ——以江苏省农业科学院为例

摘要:
人才是第一资源,是创新的根基。农业科研单位是农业科技创新的重要载体,建设一支农业科技创新型人才队伍建设对引领农业科技创新、实现农业现代化具有重要的作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,总结了创新型人才队伍建设的意义、现状及主要做法,并在此基础上分析了存在的问题,最后提出了制定科学合理的人才发展规划、建立健全人才培养工作机制、推行精准高效的引才选才机制的对策。

Abstract:
Talented person is the first resource and foundation of innovation. In agricultural scientific research institution, which is important carrier of agricultural scientific and technological innovation, constructing of an innovative team of agricultural scientists and technicians plays an important role in leading the innovation of agricultural science and technology and realizing the modernization of Agriculture. Based on the example of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, this paper summarized the meaning, present situation and main methods of the innovative talent team construction, and proposed relevant existing problems, and finally put forward countermeasures to establish a scientific and reasonable talent development plan, establish and improve the personnel training work mechanism, and implement accurate and efficient to talent attraction and selection mechanism.
