高层次科技人才是地方农业科研院所人才队伍中的关键核心力量,是落实创新驱动发展战略,引领和助推乡村振兴,加快推进农业现代化建设的重要战略资源。但近年来,地方农业科研院所普遍面临博士等高层次人才流失严重的问题。文章通过对部分地方农业科研院所的调研及其博士人才的问卷调查,从高校“人才抢夺”加剧,“守株待兔”被动式人才引进方式,人才匹配度较低,重前期、轻长期的激励模式不利于人才留用,人才成长和发展空间受限等维度剖析了地方农业科研院所博士人才流失的原因,并提出针对性对策建议,为保障地方农业科研院所高层次科技人才队伍的质量和稳定,促进人才良性发展提供一定的参考。 |

High-level scientific and technological talents are the key core force in the talent team of local agricultural research institutes. They are an important strategic resource for implementing innovation-driven development strategies, leading and boosting rural revitalization, and accelerating agricultural modernization. However, in recent years, local agricultural research institutes have generally faced the serious problem of the loss of high-level talents such as doctors.Through on the investigation of some local agricultural research institutes and the questionnaire survey of doctoral talents, this paper pointed out that the "talent snatching" intensified in colleges and universities, the "waiting for the rabbit" passive talent introduction mode, the low matching degree of talents, and the incentive mode of emphasizing the early stage and ignoring the long term were not conducive to the retention of talents, and it also analyzed the reasons for the brain drain of doctors in local agricultural research institutes from the perspectives of talent growth and limited development space, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to provide some reference for ensuring the quality and stability of high-level scientific and technological talents in local agricultural research institutes and promoting the sound development of talents. |
