摘要:

新冠肺炎的持续给江西省农业生产带来了严峻的挑战。封城、封路阻隔了病毒传播，也阻隔了农业物资和人员流通，阻隔了市场，使得农业复产举步维艰。“中央一号文件”要求“农业稳产保供和农民增收”，江西省委省政府已经明确了“三农”领域重点工作，确保如期实现全面小康，尽快恢复农业生产迫在眉睫。

Abstract:

The persistence of COVID 19 brings severe challenges to agricultural production in Jiangxi province. The closure of cities and roads not only blocks the spread of the virus, but also blocks the circulation of agricultural materials and personnel, and blocks the market，which makes it difficult for agriculture to return to production. Document no. 1 of the central committee calls for "ensuring stable agricultural production, ensuring supply and increasing farmers′ income", and the provincial party committee and the provincial government have identified priorities in the areas of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, to ensure the timely realization of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. It is imperative to resume spring agricultural production as soon as possible.
