摘要:

通过梳理福建省农村集体三资管理平台应用现状，分析了福建省农村三资管理平台存在的问题。从建立全省五级三资管理体系、强化监管功能、强化监测分析等定位出发，规划建设福建省农村集体三资综合管理平台。新平台实现三资管理制度化、规范化、信息化，提升福建省农村集体三资监管水平，夯实农村基层党风廉政建设，壮大农村集体经济。

Abstract:

By combing the applicationSsituation of the rural collective three-capital management platform in Fujian Province, It analyzes the problems existing in the rural three - capital management platform in Fujian Province. Starting from the establishment of the provincial five-level management system, strengthening the supervision function,strengthening the monitoring analysis and other positioning,it plans and builds fujian Province rural Collective three – capital comprehensive management platform. The new platform will realize the institutionalization, standardization and informatization of the three – capital management, improve the level of rural collective three – capital supervision in Fujian Province, consolidate the building of party conduct and clean government in rural communities, strengthen rural collective economies.
