管理创新是现代企业转型发展和提升核心价值的重要保障。文章解读了我国经济发展方式转变的背景,即从短期经济向长期经济转变、追求数量向追求质量转变、传统红利向效率红利转变、需求管理向供给管理转变,接着概述了企业管理创新的基本理论,以经济发展方向转变为研究视角剖析了A公司在管理创新中存在的战略管理、组织管理、人力资源管理和经营管理问题,并从宏观经济环境、行业形势变化、企业自身劣势3个层面揭示了影响企业管理创新的原因,最后针对性地提出企业管理创新实践措施,期望对提高企业在经济发展方式转变背景下的可持续发展能力有所帮助。 |

Management innovation is an important guarantee for the transformation and development of modern enterprises and the promotion of core values. This paper interpreted the background of the transformation of China's economic development mode, that is, from short-term economy to long-term economy, from quantity to quality, from traditional dividend to efficiency dividend, and from demand management to supply management. Then it summarized the basic theory of enterprise management innovation, and from the perspective of the transformation of economic development direction, analyzed the problems of strategic management, organization management, human resource management and operation management in the management innovation of A company, and revealed the reasons affecting the enterprise management innovation from the three aspects of macroeconomic environment, changes in industry situation and the disadvantages of the enterprise itself, and finally put forward the practical measures of enterprise management innovation, hoping to improve the sustainable development ability of enterprises in the context of the transformation of economic development mode. |
