摘要:

近年来，随着国家对科技投入的不断增加，农业科研院所大型仪器设备日益增多。如何管好用好大型仪器设备，为科技创新提供更高的条件支撑，是科研院所面临的实际问题。文章以中国热带农业科学院大型仪器设备共享平台建设为例，总结大型仪器设备管理的有效措施，剖析实践过程中存在的问题，并提出应对建议，为进一步推进大型仪器设备共享共用、实现优化配置、提升财政资金效益提供指导与借鉴。

Abstract:

In recent years, with the continuous increase of national investment in science and technology, large-scale instruments and equipment in agricultural research institutes have increased day by day. How to manage and use large-scale instruments and equipment well and provide higher conditions for scientific and technological innovation is a practical problem faced by scientific research institutes.Taking the construction of large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper summarized the effective measures of large-scale instruments and equipment management, analyzed the problems existing in the process of practice, and put forward corresponding suggestions, so as to lay a good foundation for further promoting large-scale instruments and equipment sharing, realizing optimal allocation, and improving financial efficiency.
